Mona Lease maintains no gallery or art collection of its own. Artwork selected for Mona Lease’s portfolio remains with the artist until selected for purchase or rental. This website presents only a sample of our growing group of local artists and the artwork that is available. All available work can be viewed and considered through hard copy images and related descriptions presented directly to patrons. We recommend viewing at the proposed installation site.

| Selection of Artwork: Make initial contact by phone to schedule time and place for viewing portfolio and selecting artwork. |
| Delivery and Installation: Mona Lease arranges pick-up from artist and delivery to site with patron or patron’s representative present. One exchange of artwork may be made within three weeks of delivery and installation. The rental fee adjusted according to final artwork selected. All sales are final. |

| Small Print Details: Fees are payable prior to installation. Sales Tax is collected on fees. Fees are determined by value of artwork established by the artist. Mona Lease does not negotiate artwork values. Renter is required to insure or indemnify artwork against loss or damage at full value. 100% of rental fee may be applied to purchase of rented artwork. All artwork is ready for hanging. |
